Scratch on Car in Naugatuck Walmart Parking Lot Leads to Charges: Police

Police say a woman has been charged with criminal mischief.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A woman has been charged after allegedly scratching someone's car in the parking lot of the Naugatuck Walmart, police said.

Police said on Feb. 6 Ashley Delgado, 32, of Hull Place in Seymour was charged on a warrant for a criminal mischief complaint in the Walmart parking lot. Police say Delgado scratched the victim's parked vehicle, which was next to her in the parking lot.

The damage was more than a 6-inch mark to the passenger side of the victim's vehicle, police said. Delagado is charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
