New Canaan Everyday Hero Helps People With Special Needs Through Equine Program

• Elizabeth Tobin is President of New Canaan Mounted Troop’s (“NCMT”) Board of Directors, friend.

Details of Good Work

• “Caroleigh is an NCMT Board member and our Therapeutic Program Coordinator. NCMT offers therapeutic riding and equine care programs (known as “Super Troopers”) for individuals with special physical, developmental, cognitive, and emotional needs. Caroleigh works relentlessly with the assistance of certified therapeutic instructors and the many volunteers that she actively recruits to bring a program of the highest quality to our local community and to make a powerful difference in the life of our program participants. Caroleigh is totally committed to her Super Troopers!”

She gives everyone her kind, undivided attention and she encourages each one of our students to never give up and cheers their every progress.
