Police Investigating Body Found In New London

NEW LONDON, CT — Police are investigating reports of a body found at Cedar Grove Cemetery. The body was found Tuesday behind a storage facility at the back end of the property, according to a release.

Police said the body was that of a white male. He was pronounced dead by Lawrence and Memorial paramedics, police said. (To sign up for New London breaking news alerts and more, click here.)

Police said the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the New London Police Department immediately.
