New Milford Police Department, Fire Companies to Hold Multi-Agency Search and Rescue Drill

NEW MILFORD, CT — On Saturday, April 16, 2016 the New Milford Police Department are participating in a multi-agency Search and Rescue Drill at Clatter Valley Park.

Agencies participating in the drill include the Water Witch Hose Company, which is hosting the drill, bordering Fire Departments, New Milford Volunteer Ambulance and neighboring EMS, RSAR (K-9 Search and Rescue Teams) Eagle-1 (Police Rescue Helicopter) and the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Area.

Residents should be aware that the drill will run from approximately 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.. Anyone with questions should contact the New Milford Police Department at (860)-355-3133.
