New Milford Man Arrested for DUI in Newtown

NEW MILFORD,CT — Newtown police arrested a New Milford man after being informed of a driver headed north on South Main Street in Newtown on April 30 who was driving erratically, according to a police report.

William Carl Hubric, 28, was arrested at approximately 10:30 p.m. on April 30 for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive right, police said. He was arrested and released on a $250 bond. He is due in Danbury Superior Court on May 17, 2016.

Court records show he also due in Bantam Superior Court on May 3, 2016, however, the records for that case have been sealed.
