String of Overnight Burglaries Reported in North Haven

North Haven Police say several garages or sheds were burglarized overnight.

Police said early Thursday morning, a Great Meadow Drive resident found his garage door had been opened sometime overnight. Several boxes of miscellaneous items were removed from the garage and the empty boxes were later found at the curbside.

The investigating officers found that three other Great Meadow Drive residents were also victims of a similar crime. The three neighbors learned their sheds were broken into overnight with various items taken, police said.
