'The Simple Greek' Opens In Norwalk
The Norwalk location is the restaurant chain's first in Connecticut.

NORWALK, CT — The Simple Greek, a restaurant chain started in Pittsburgh, is opening a new location in Norwalk at 440 Westport Ave. this week, the first in Connecticut.
The chain was developed with help from the popular CNBC show "The Profit," and the Norwalk franchise is being run by the Pertesis family of Trumbull, reports The Hour.
The restaurant allows customers to build their own gyros and other Greek dishes, and is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.
