Amity Student Arrests for Theft, Fighting with Police

Amity High School students were arrested in two separate incidents recently, according to a report from the Woodbridge Police Department.

On October 18, a 15-year-old student described by police as "unruly" was arrested after becoming combative with police, according to reports. The student was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Interfering with a Police Officer.

On October 19, another 15-year-old student was arrested after police and school officials found the student with money and a gift card stolen from another student's wallet.

Both students were referred Juvenile Court in New Haven. Due to being minors, their names and identifying factors cannot be released.
