Bob Kliewe of Shelton Named Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Country Curtains®

Berkshires headquartered Country Curtains® has announced three new members to the curtain and home décor catalog, e-commerce and brick and mortar store retailer’s senior leadership team. Celia Clancy joins the company as President and CEO, Bob Kliewe has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and Steve Donnelly, CPA, has been named Corporate Controller. All appointments are effective immediately. Celia Clancy, President and CEO of Country Curtains is a member of the Country Curtains Board of Directors. She joins the company with extensive experience in both operating and consulting roles in the retail industry. She is widely recognized as an accomplished industry expert. Celia joined Country Curtains from Joyce Leslie Inc. where she held the position of CEO. In addition, she maintains her own retail/consumer goods consulting firm. She has held the roles of President and CEO of Ashley Stewart, President of AJ Wright, a division of TJX and served as Senior Vice President, General Merchandising Manager of Apparel for Wal-Mart. Ms. Clancy attended Boston College Carroll School of Management and earned her B.A. from Wellesley College. “I am excited for the opportunity to lead this beloved family and employee-owned brand, rich in American heritage, quality craftsmanship and family values. Bob Kliewe, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Country Curtains, has served as a financial professional in a number of industries, most recently in fitness, auto repair and retail. Bob served as CFO for ECP-PF Holdings Group, Caliber Collison Centers and DB Companies prior to joining Country Curtains. He has a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong business relationships. Bob has been a trusted member of senior management in reporting and presenting financial results. He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Manhattan College. Steve Donnelly, CPA, Corporate Controller for Country Curtains, has a background in public accounting, auditing and most recently in accounting operations at Wave Systems, a computer software company. His experience has exposed him to clients in the manufacturing, distribution and financial industries. Steve has demonstrated ability in implementing major process improvements in the accounting/finance areas of business and providing direct input on corporate strategy. Steve earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from St. Anselm College and a Master of Science degree, Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
