Car Catches Fire After Crashing Into Porch in Southbury
The driver of the car suffered minor injuries and the house was deemed livable.

A car crashed into the porch of a nearly 200-year-old Southbury home and caught on fire, NBC Connecticut reports.
The driver of the vehicle, who is more than 90-years-old drove into the oncoming lane on Southford Road and crashed into the porch at 1228 Southbury Road, according to the news channel.
A witness noticed the fire and put out the flames using a fire extinguisher.

The driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital, the news channel reports.
