Southbury Firefighters Extinguish Commercial Vehicle Blaze
A fire ripped through a commercial vehicle early Wednesday morning.
SOUTHBURY, CT — Firefighters extinguished a commercial vehicle blaze early Wednesday morning. Crews were dispatched at 6:19 a.m. on a report of a commercial vehicle fire on Old Waterbury Road.
The first arriving officer confirmed there was a box truck on fire and that it had spread to nearby brush. Crews quickly extinguished the brush fire and vehicle fire before overhauling the box truck.
