The following information is from a press release on the Southbury official town website. The Southbury Economic Development Commission has created a survey to gauge feedback from local businesses on how to serve them better. The letter and link to the survey are included in here.
Attention Southbury Business Owner:
The Southbury Economic Development Commission (SEDC) needs your help. We are excited to continue our mission and are focused on very important stakeholders in our town. As a business owner you have valuable knowledge and insight on what you love about running a business in Southbury. You can also assist the SEDC by letting us know how we can work better with you. By keeping a close relationship with our business community we can make Southbury a Destination Town for all who work, play and live in our town.
In our continuing effort to identify the needs of your business, we have created a survey to find out those needs and concerns. Engaging business in our community will help us keep Southbury economically vibrant. Our continued relationship is so important to retain, create and help expand business.
As a small business owner, I realize the struggles of running a business. But with your new ideas and recommendations we can create a strong synergy and increase vitality to make our community stronger.
Here is a link which will connect you to the SEDC survey:
The survey will only take minutes to complete and all comments and information will be kept confidential. We will be reviewing and tallying the results by mid-September and will share the outcome with all in the business community.
I appreciate your time and look forward to your comments.
Chairman, Southbury Economic Development Commission
