Geno's Grille Opens in Southington

Geno’s Grille in Southington has officially opened its doors.

The restaurant is owned by Geno Auriemma and his family. There are similar locations in Storrs and the Mohegan Sun Casino.

There was a soft opening over the weekend for friends, according to the the Hartford Courant.

Auriemma’s son is a manager at the restaurant, according to the Record-Journal. Geno Auriemma reportedly helped pick out a lot of the decor and the wine list.
