Lunch & Learn features ‘Winter’s Coming: Learn about the Flu’

NEW BRITAIN - With the winter months coming up quickly, it’s time to learn about the flu vaccine, how to prevent it, and if you get the flu, how to treat it. This Lunch & Learn program, “Winter’s Coming: Learn about the Flu,” will be held Thursday, Sept. 8, 12-1 p.m., at Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain campus, 100 Grand St. Facilitator is Karen Pagliaro, director of Community and Government Relations, Hartford HealthCare at Home. Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging is sponsoring this program.
