Police Identify Woman Found Dead In Pool At Stamford Home: UPDATE

Police said they have identified a woman who was found dead in a pool at her North Stamford home.

STAMFORD, CT — Police said they have identified a woman who was found dead in a pool at her North Stamford home Friday morning. According to Captain Richard Conklin, the home is located on Woodley Road.

Conklin said the woman has been identified as Christine Manna,58, of Stamford.

Conklin said the incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. and the investigation is in "preliminary stages." He also said the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is investigating the incident and police are waiting for an autopsy.
