Stamford Man High on PCP Urinated in Public Near Children: PD
It isn't the first time the man was caught with PCP, according to police.

STAMFORD, CT—A man high on the powerful hallucinogen PCP was found walking in circles and urinating in public while several children played in a park, according to police.
Police were called to Southfield Park Monday round 5 p.m., according to the Stamford Advocate. Everett Goethe, 34, was found to be in possession of what appeared to be liquid PCP mixed with min leaves.
Goethe was previously caught with PCP during a traffic stop last month, police said.
