Head-On Crash In Stonington Leaves Man Dead, Woman Injured: Report

STONGINTON, CT — A man was killed and a woman was injured in a head-on crash on Pequot Trail on Wednesday morning, according to The New London Day. Crews responded to reports of the two-car crash at 1190 Pequot Trail at 7:32 a.m.

Police said that one of the cars involved crossed into the other car's path. The woman was transported to Westerly Hospital.

The man was taken to Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, then transported via helicopter to another facility where he died, according to The New London Day.
