Dr. Alan Post will be at Westerly Public Library for a talk titled
“Meditation and the Near Death Experience--The Universal Connection”. Dr. Post will move beyond the
therapeutic benefits of meditation and explores its connections to the afterlife.
You have heard that meditation can be helpful for our physical, mental, and
emotional health, but what is its connection to our spiritual health? What is
the mystical aspect of meditation and how does it relate to those who have had
a “Near-Death Experience” (NDE)? The talk provides an introductory journey into
meditation.
