Mystic Aquarium Releases Peppercorn the Seal Into the Ocean
The seal was stranded with a broken toe and sent to Mystic to heal.
On a foggy Friday morning in December, Peppercorn the seal was reunited with the ocean. The 7-year-old harbor seal was stranded in Seabrook, N.H., with facial wounds and a broken toe.
After making a full recovery at Mystic Aquarium, Peppercorn was released back to the ocean on Friday, Dec. 11, at Blue Shutters Beach in Charlestown, R.I.
