It may only be the second day of December, but already Mystic, Stonington, and Pawcatuck is decked out in holiday décor. The Mystic Polar Express arrived at the Mystic & Noank Library this week. The holiday lights are back on the downtown Mystic stores. Even the Stonington Borough Firehouse got some holiday cheer. The Plan of Conservation and Development Subcommittee is looking for public input to create the 2014 Plan of Conservation and Development. An initial public meeting will be held on December 3 at 7 p.m. at Stonington High School.
