East Haddam Police Blotter: Nov. 14 - Dec. 5

 

The East Haddam Police and the Connecticut State Police, Troop K report the following incidents:

BURGLARY AND LARCENY - On Nov. 14, Antone Onofrio, 22, of 143 Clark Hill Road, East Haddam was arrested and charged with 3rd-degree burglary and 3rd-degree larceny. Onofrio was held on a $50,000 cash/surety bond and scheduled to appear at Middlesex Superior Court on 11/14/12.

BURGLARY AND LARCENY - On Nov. 15, Nicole Aldridge, 20, of 725 Old Colchester Road, Salem was arrested and charged with 3rd-degree burglary and 3rd-degree larceny. Aldridge was released on a $50,000 cash/surety bond and scheduled to appear at Middlesex Superior Court on 11/27/12.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY -  On Nov. 22, a Moodus resident reported a burglary that took place on Town Street, during which a Stihl leaf-blower was taken from a garage. The incident is under investigation, and anyone with possible information is asked to contact Corporal Karl Karabienikoff at the East Haddam Resident Troopers' Office at 860-873-1226.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY - On Nov. 22, police were called to a Norwich-Essex Turnpike, East Haddam address to investigate the theft of a TV, printer, camera and X-Box. According to the report, entry was made into the home between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Anyone who may have seen anything suspicious or might have information on this incident is asked to contact Trooper Kristin Coit at the Connecticut State Police, Troop K at 860-537-7500.

LARCENY - On Nov. 24th, East Haddam police received a complaint that unknown person(s) had removed 14 bags of bottles and cans, worth approximately $490, from the Boy Scouts of America storage trailer, which is located at the East Haddam Transfer Station in Moodus. The theft is believed to have taken place sometime between Nov. 17th and Nov. 24th, and anyone who may have information is asked to contact Officer Mark Creighton at the East Haddam Resident Troopers' Office at 860-873-1226.

BURGLARY AND LARCENY - On Nov. 28, John Rucker, 22, of 143 Clark Hill Road, East Haddam was arrested and charged with 3rd-degree burglary and 3rd-degree larceny. Rucker was held on a $50,000 bond and scheduled to appear at Middlesex Superior Court on 11/28/12.

VIOLATION OF PROBATION AND FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT - On Dec. 3, Thomas Falvey, 29, of 70 Woodland Road, Moodus was arrested pursuant to an active warrant, for the above charges. Falvey was held on bonds totaling $30,000 and given a court date of 12/4/12 at Middlesex Superior Court in Middletown.

FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT - On Dec. 5, Kyle Grechika of 76 Mott Lane, Moodus turned himself into Troop K and was arrested for the above charge. Grechika was released on a $500 cash bond and scheduled to appear at Norwich Superior Court on 12/20/12.
