SUV Crashes Into Utility Pole In Tolland
A crash forced the closure of part of one Tolland Road Tuesday evening.
TOLLAND, CT — A sport utility vehicle whacked a utility pole in Tolland early Tuesday evening.
The crash took place just after 6 p.m. in the area of 719 Shenipsit Lake Road, fire officials said.
A Honda Pilot appeared to be the only vehicle involved.

The road was to be closed between Nos. 711 and 736, while utility crews repaired the broken pole, fire officials said.
