THS Student Gives Back to Nature (Center)

THS Student Gives Back to Nature (Center)

Trumbull High School student, Anuj Sisodiya, presented a $200 donation to the non-profit Trumbull Nature and Arts Center.

"Sisodiya has been tutoring math students in Fairfield and chose to donate his earnings to TNAC because of its commitment to environmental education in Trumbull. The Trumbull Nature and Arts Center is grateful for Anuj’s generous support," according to a press release.

Kevin Malone, President of the Board, said he was thrilled to receive such a generous individual donation, noting, “It is promising to see a younger generation of local kids, such as Anuj, enthusiastic about TNAC and so supportive of what the Center has to offer our community.”

The Trumbull Nature & Arts Center (TNAC) is a non-profit, community-driven organization that serves as a point of destination for Trumbull, and the region of Fairfield County, CT. The mission of the center is to promote sound environmental stewardship and enhance community life through participation in collaborative nature, environment, and art experiences. Located in Trumbull, CT, the center strives to engage and educate the community on current environmental issues. Much of the TNAC development is afforded through public/private partnerships.
