West Hartford natives Matthew Worth, baritone, & Margaret Izard, mezzo-soprano, will perform in concert, singing the works of Brahms, Mahler and others, including the premiere of "Daniel Boone Sings to the Nirth Sky", a piece written for Matthew by composer Alan Louis Smith. Upcoming performances for Matthew Worth include the Santa Fe Opera, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, and the Virginia Opera. Margaret Izard will be singing in the Magic Flute in the Tuscia Opera Festival in Viterbo, Italy this summer.
