REI, Shake Shack and More Approved for Corbin's Corner in West Hartford

WEST HARTFORD, CT -- The town council has approved plans for a Shake Shack, REI store and more developments at Corbin’s Corner, the Hartford Courant reported.

Town council unanimously approved the redevelopment plans for the Sears store and Sears Auto Center, according to the Hartford Courant. Both locations are expected to close on February 21 to make way for the new developments.

Construction is expected to begin in mid-February and to be completed by the holiday season, the Hartford Courant reported. The development is expected to bring a number of retailers and restaurants to the area.
