ID Released of Woman Found Dead on West Haven Beach: UPDATE

WEST HAVEN, CT — West Haven Police have identified the deceased female located at Altschuler Pier yesterday morning as Lisa Delucia, 55 of East Haven. The cause of death has not yet been determined, police said.
Police on Tuesday said that they are investigating after a woman was found dead on the beach Tuesday morning. At about 9:40 a.m. on Jan. 3, the West Haven Police and Fire departments responded to the end of Altschuler Pier for an unresponsive female on the beach, according to police.
“Police and paramedics determined this white female approximately 40 years of age was deceased,” police said in a post on Facebook on Tuesday. “Detectives are continuing this investigation and more information will be released as known.”
