Cause Of Redding Car Fire Under Investigation
First responders found a fully involved car fire, with all occupants out of the car and safe.
REDDING, CT — Firefighters from the Redding, West Redding and Georgetown fire departments were called to a car fire in the area near the intersection between Simpaug Turnpike and Topstone Road on Saturday.
Called in by members of the Redding Police Department at approximately 1:38 p.m., first responders found a fully involved car fire, with all occupants out of the car and safe.
Firefighters stretched a hose line and extinguished the blaze. No injuries were reported.
