A.G. Williams Raises Close to $2,100 in Walk for Support Connection
As part of its commitment to give back to the communities it serves, A.G. Williams Painting Company donated nearly $2,100 to Support Connection by participating in the 19th Annual Support Connection Support-A-Walk at FDR State Park in Yorktown, New York. Paul Viggiano, Director of Business Administration and Marketing, represented the company, walking for the third consecutive year and receiving a company donation plus personal contributions from A.G. Williams President and CEO George P. Williams, account representative and color specialist Liane Rigano, and Fairfield account representative Doug Kitchen.

Support Connection is a Westchester County-based not-for-profit organization that offers free, confidential support services to people nationwide who are affected by ovarian and breast cancer.

Support Connection provides numerous free services to those affected by ovarian and breast cancer, including one-on-one peer counseling, support groups for men and women, and classes targeted toward emotional and spiritual healing.

“My grandmother is a two-time survivor of ovarian cancer, and helping people affected by ovarian and breast cancer is near and dear to my heart,” says Viggiano. “This isn’t just about my grandma, however; this is about all of the women and families who are affected by these terrible diseases. When I first learned about Support Connection, I was blown away by their good will, kind spirits and dedication to helping others.”

Viggiano set a goal of $2,000 after reaching his goal of $1,500 last year. He looks forward to raising even more money next year.

“We are so proud of Paul and his dedication to Support Connection,” says Williams. “He exemplifies our company’s long history of giving back to our local communities.”
