Firefighters Respond To Medical Emergency In Westport: FD
Firefighters, along with police and EMS officers, recently responded to a medical emergency reported at a construction site in Westport.
WESTPORT, CT — Firefighters, along with police and EMS officers, responded to a medical emergency at a Westport construction site Saturday morning, according to fire officials.
In a news release, Assistant Fire Chief Brian Meadows said crews were called to Crestwood Road around 8:30 a.m. where the person suffering a medical emergency was located.
With assistance from Westport police and EMS, firefighters worked together to provide patient care, Meadows said. The patient was taken to a hospital for further treatment.

Firefighters left the area around 9 a.m., Meadows said.
