Clarifications on applicability of landscaping regulations, zones in which front landscaping areas might be minimized, standards for front landscaping species, sidewalk construction requirements within Front Landscaping and within Parking Areas, and height of walls, fences or berms in Buffer Areas are included to align more closely with construction standards required by the Department of Public Works and with other Zoning Regulations related to walls and fences. The Tree Board is specifically named as a local agency from which a report can be solicited on proposed changes to landscaping plans.
