Men Caught Riding Bike on Windsor Locks Middle School Roof: Police
Police say the men, from Suffield and Enfield, were recording the activity while on the roof. They were both issued infractions.
Windsor Locks Police issued infractions to two men who were on the roof of Windsor Locks Middle School — one was riding a bicycle and the other was recording it.
Colby R. Benoit, 22, of Suffield, and Joseph W. Powers, 24, of Enfield, were each issued an infraction for simple trespass on Aug. 27.
Officers observed one of the males riding the bike on the roof of the school while the other was filming it.

Police said the officer directed them off the roof and the man riding the bike asked if he could do one last additional ride before coming down.
Police said they didn’t have permission to be on school grounds and/or for a sanctioned event and were therefore issued the infraction.
