Fire Crews Battle Blaze At Palm River Scrap Yard

PALM RIVER, FL -- Hillsborough County Fire Rescue is on the scene of a fire at a metal scrap yard in the Palm River-Clair-Mel area.

The fire broke out Wednesday morning. Fire crews used a ladder truck to attack the flames from above. The fire appears to have started in a shipping container.
