Man Dies Following Clearwater Shooting
The man was shot during a possible home invasion on Overlea Street.

As the Clearwater Police Department continues to investigate a Tuesday morning shooting, some details in the case are beginning to emerge.
According to the police department, the incident occurred around 11 a.m. at 1486 Overlea St. during what is believed to be a robbery or home invasion involving two suspects.
Justin Austin, 38, was shot and later died at Bayfront Health. Another man was taken to Morton Plant Hospital for treatment. The identity of that man and the nature of his injuries have not yet been released. Police say, however, it doesn’t appear as if the second victim suffered gunshot wounds.

Suspect descriptions are not available, but police say the two men may have left the scene in a maroon vehicle.
