Pickup Truck Crashes Into Clearwater Home; 4 People Injured

Two people were badly injured when a pickup truck crashed into a house at 701 Vine Ave. Sunday at 6:41 p.m.

CLEARWATER, FL -- Two people were badly injured when a pickup truck crashed into a house at 701 Vine Ave. Sunday at 6:41 p.m.

The two occupants of the truck were taken to Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg as trauma alerts. Two other people were treated at the scene -- one person who had been on the porch of the home when the truck hit and another who tried to rescue the occupants of the truck.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
