Dunedin Garage Explosion Under Investigation
The Dunedin Fire Department said two residents suffered minor injuries after a Sunday morning explosion inside a home's garage.

Dunedin, FL — An early Sunday morning explosion and fire at a Dunedin home remains under investigation.
According to the Dunedin Fire Department, the agency responded to 788 Lakeside Drive around 8 a.m. after reports of an explosion came in. When firefighters arrived, they found the single-story home fully involved, an email from the agency said.
The fire was quickly brought under control with help from Clearwater and Safety Harbor fire department crews, the email noted.

Two residents were slightly injured, but refused transport to the hospital. No firefighters have been injured, the department noted.
The cause of the fire will be investigated once the home is safe to enter, the agency said.
