Boat Catches Fire At FL Keys Marina: Monroe County Sheriff

A 37-foot-long boat caught fire at a Key Largo marina early Monday morning, the Monroe County Sheriff's Office said.

FLORIDA KEYS — A docked boat caught fire at a Key Largo marina early Monday morning.

The blaze on the 37-foot-long boat was reported just before 1 a.m. at the Manatee Bay Club on Morris Avenue near mile marker 112, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office wrote in a Facebook post.

There were no injuries. The state fire marshal’s office is investigating the cause of the fire.

Monroe County Fire Rescue, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, Miami-Dade Police, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and the U.S. Coast Guard also responded to the incident.
