Man Stabbed Outside Miami Beach CVS

MIAMI BEACH — An unidentified man was stabbed Wednesday night outside of a CVS on Alton Road.

"We received a call at 8:44 p.m. advising a male had a cut," according to Ernesto Rodriguez of the Miami Beach Police Department. "On officers' arrival, it was determined it was a stabbing."

On Thursday police said that the victim is being investigated as the "primary aggressor" in a dispute that occurred moments before the stabbing.

"We will seek guidance from the [State Attorney's Office] on any future charges, if any," said Rodriguez.

The victim, whose name it being withheld by police, was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital by Miami Beach Fire Rescue.
