GEEKNOTE: New Year Plans
My dad did his part by serving in the Navy, volunteering in more ways that you can count, but his passion was education. He thought that the kids of Pasco County deserved the best we could provide them and he backed that up by running for and serving on the school board for a number of years.
My passion has been to do what I could to make my hometown, New Port Richey, a better place to live and work in. I'm proud of the six years I spent on the city council. With the new year, it is time for me to step up to the plate and make the run for mayor that so many people have encouraged me to consider.
