ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Three people were uninjured when a small plane crashed Tuesday at Albert Whitted Airport.

Around 3 p.m., St. Petersburg Fire Rescue responded to Albert Whitted Airport at 500 8th Ave. S.E., St. Petersburg, when a small personal aircraft crashed at the end of the runway.

There were three people on board at the time and all were not injured. The cause of a crash is being investigated. There were no fuel spills or leaks from the crash.
