On Saturday, Sept. 15 dozens of people took to Westfield Citrus Park Mall to walk for a good cause. It was the inaugural Power Walk for Dress for Success, a nationwide event that raises money for Dress For Success.
The 5k walk promoted the Health and Wellness initiative of the Professional Women’s Group, a program which provides successfully employed
Dress for Success clients with a network of support, practical information and inspiration to achieve self-defined success.
More than 60 people showed up at Westfield Citrus Park early Saturday morning to walk. The event raised $8,000.
"Our inaugural walk was a success and we look forward to next year," wrote Amanda M. Uliano, President of the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Tampa Bay.
