Where Were You on Sept. 11, 2001?

Eleven years have passed since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

The incident altered everything from air travel, according to USA Today, to security measures at football games.

While people across the country commemorate today's significance with candlelight vigils and flags flown at half-staff, we want to know what you remember about the day.

If you're looking for something to do head over to the American Legion Town 'N Country Memorial Post 152 at 11211 Sheldon Road in Tampa where members will be waving flags starting at 7:30 a.m.
