Alpharetta Police Search for Missing Teen

The Alpharetta Department of Public Safety is asking the public for help in locating a runaway juvenile who has only lived in the city for a few days.

Jacquon Douglas, age 16, intentionally left his residence in Alpharetta on Jan. 10 at 3:40am and has not been heard from since. He is new to the City of Alpharetta and has lived in the Webb Bridge Road area for a few days.

Alpharetta police are concerned for Douglas because he has taken actions designed to hinder the ability of detectives to locate him. He may be accompanied by an unknown male.

Department of Public Safety spokesman George Gordon said police do not believe Douglas is in danger at this time.

"If anyone has knowledge of the location of Jacquon Douglas, please contact Alpharetta police detectives at 678-297-6332," Gordon said in his news release.
