Hop-A-Long Easter Egg Hunt Returns To Avalon

ALPHARETTA, GA -- Residents are invited to follow the bunny trail to Avalon and celebrate Easter with the egg-stravagent arrival of the Easter Bunny and annual family-friendly Easter egg hunt, Hop-A-Long.

The Hop-A-Long will take place on Saturday, March 26 in The Plaza, Avalon’s central green gathering space, which will be filled with pastel eggs and décor for the special occasion.

The first Easter egg hunt kicks off from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. and is designed for children ages three and under. The following Easter egg hunt takes place from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. for children ages four to seven. A reservation is required via Avalon’s website, and five lucky kids who find Golden Eggs will win a $50 gift card to Fuzziwig’s Candy Factory.

“Avalon has become the place to celebrate holidays and enjoy special time with friends and family for the Alpharetta community,” said Liz Gillespie, vice president of marketing for North American Properties. “We’re excited to usher in spring and sunny weather with the arrival of the best Easter Bunny in North Fulton and Avalon’s exciting annual Hop-A-Long Easter Egg Hunt.”

The Easter Bunny will also pay a visit to Avalon March 12-26. You can capture the perfect spring family photo with the Easter Bunny located next to Concierge.

No purchase is required to visit the beloved bunny; however, Avalon kindly asks that guests refrain from using their personal cameras or phones without purchasing a photo package, which start at $15. Easter Bunny hours are as follows, and no reservation is required:

• Sunday through Thursday: noon to 7 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• March 17: noon to 4 p.m. (early closing due to Luck of Avalon event)
