The city of Alpharetta is offering a safe and fun way for residents to learn how to climb trees.
The city is offering an introductory course, all equipped with a rope and harness system. The course will take place on Saturdays at Wills Park.
Adults and children of all ages and abilities are encouraged to participate, as the climbing will be "tailored to be as challenging or as leisurely as you like," according to Alpharetta's press release.
The course is for children and adults between the ages of 5 and 75+ at Wills Park.
The cost for the two-and-a-half hour instructional course is $28 per person for Alpharetta and Milton citizens and $42 for non-residents. The fee includes all the professional gear and instruction needed.
