A New Look for Lenox Mall?

Lenox Square released drawings of plans for an overhaul of its main entrance, according to the Livable Buckhead website. The plans have been shared with a Buckhead zoning committee but not start date was announced for the work.

Proposed design changes include:

  • New drop off zone
  • A pedestrian connection to Peachtree Road
  • A water feature in the middle of a new roundabout which would be installed where the Peachtree Road entrance interfaces with the internal “ring road.”
  • Additional 5’ sidewalks and display cases on the Neiman Marcus (western) facade

Apartment Complex Plans Unveiled

Buckhead View reported that developers released plans for a 250-unit apartment complex at 3091 Maple Drive. As proposed, 70 percent of the apartments would be one-bedroom units.

Bye Bye Five Guys

Five Guys Burgers and Fries i s closing its north Buckhead location in the Roswell-Wieuca Shopping Center on August 30, according to the blog Tomorrow’s News Today.

h.h. gregg Heads to Buckhead

h.h. gregg announced it is openingits first inside the Perimeter, which will create about 70 new jobs in the community.

has its grand opening today, offering a “crafted” coffee and bakery experience for people at the shop at 2770 Lenox Rd.
