Pass allegedly used a racial slur and swung his fist at the alleged victim, striking the manager on the right arm.

Due to his "aggressive behavior," police took Pass straight to jail, according to the report, attached. He was agitated and allegedly verbally aggressive toward an officer.

Pass was charged with simple battery and using fighting words.
