Forsyth Real Estate Expert: '400 Is The Power Axis'

Real estate expert tells about 600 attendees at this month's Economic Outlook Breakfast that Ga. 400 is still the future.

Forsyth Real Estate Expert: '400 Is The Power Axis'

Earlier this month, the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce and the Lanier-Forsyth Rotary Club hosted the annual Economic Outlook Breakfast in Cumming.

Approximately 600 business and community leaders attended the 24th annual event.

The keynote speaker was real estate expert Frank Norton, Jr., who shared his insights into the economic status of Northeast Georgia, the GA 400 corridor and Forsyth County, as well as predictions for the future from his company's Native Intelligence Report.

See a copy of his presentation attached with this story.

As reported by NorthFulton.com, Norton told those in attendance that Ga. 400 is still the future.

"If you look at the office market statistics, you'll see that 60 percent of all the office leasing in the last three years has taken place within a five-mile radius of Ga. 400 and the Perimeter," the news outlet quoted Norton saying. "The axis has shifted from Downtown and Buckhead up to Ga. 400 and is headed further this way."
