Douglasville Police Seeking Missing Woman

Dethi Irene Veras-Thornton was last seen 10 days ago at a local Walmart.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Douglasville Police are seeking help in finding a woman who has been missing for the past 10 days.

Dethi Irene Veras-Thornton, 42, was last seen on September 4, at the Walmart on Concourse Parkway.

She was there shopping with her husband at about 6:30 p.m., police said in a release Wednesday.

Veras-Thornton does not drive and did not have a vehicle or her cellphone with her at the time of her disappearance, investigators say.
