In addition to private fitness training, I provide nutrition consultations and personal “healthy” grocery shopping services in Atlanta, GA with an emphasis on Dunwoody / Sandy Springs.

Unlike many trainers, I’m NOT a fan of cardio & diets because in 13+ years of training, the REAL RESULTS have always come from strength training & solid nutrition.
