ATLANTA, Feb. 17, 2016 – Chamberlain Hrdlicka announces the Atlanta office will host its first quarterly Tax Forum of the year at the Cobb Galleria on Wednesday, February 24 from 7:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Chamberlain Hrdlicka shareholders J. Scot Kirkpatrick and Brett W. Beveridge, and associate Christopher A. Steele will discuss what tax professionals need to know about the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act of 2015 (PATH) to prepare for filing season. “The PATH Act of 2015 was passed to protect taxpayers and homeowners, and intended for hard working individuals affording to keep their homes,” said Kirkpatrick, chair of the Trusts and Estates practice at Chamberlain Hrdlicka. “The Act is extensive with many important components, and this forum will discuss and clarify how Americans are protected under this Act and why taxpayers need to be aware of this information.”
